I was recently sent a product from http://store.family-facts.com/servlet/StoreFront
The product was fine and They were up for doing a giveaway. However!!!!!!! once i sent them the winners information they don't want to send to the winner because they live out of the u.s! They did NOT mention that is was u.s only!!!! I think this is very bad customer service and very unprofessional. Please be careful who you buy from. Now I had to let the person who won know this which may have been very hurtful. I DO NOT Recommend anyone buy from that store, I am sharing this on Widgets,blog post,face book,twitter,blogger programs and YouTube!!! Thanks everyone for understanding sorry for the lack of profession.
