Playful Planet is a DVD of yoga through story time. It shows children they can still be active and learn at the same time. I wanted to try this DVD because I have a very active child and she loves story's. She actually got down when she seen the other children and listened and followed directions. Also my child is only 22 months old. I believes this helps them be more healthy in a mind setting a within them selves. Yoga makes the body very relaxed. Also can ware you out. She had fun while watching and doing the yoga with the video. The instructor was also a great role model for these children. I really enjoyed this with my children.
